At Luxe Scents & Oils, we carefully inspect and prepare every order before it is shipped. Due to the nature of our fragrance and body-oil products, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased through our online store due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Dissatisfaction with a fragrance
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Choosing the wrong fragrance, size, or product

We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description, fragrance notes, product size, and other details before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We want every order to arrive safely and accurately. Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at josiahg0426@gmail.com.

When contacting us, please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that issues must be reported promptly after delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. For this reason, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
